I am a ‪#‎Leader‬" Leadership Camp

Another successful event for the month! Weee

Was invited as the facilitator for "I am a ‪#‎Leader‬" Leadership Camp for Student Council Representative of Polytechnic Port Dickson.

To be honest, when I was first approach by Akhfar for this I was nervous,doubtful and worried whether I can pull this off alone.Being a solo faci for some 28 representative from the Student Council was not esay neither it is hard. All this while, I'm used of having a faci team, agenda manager, floor manager but this time its all on me. So imagine the pressure. But Alhamdullilah, everything went well with close support and cooperation from everyone.

This bunch of newly elected leaders reminds me of how I was last year when I was newly elected myself into AIESEC.All clueless, dont know where to start and having doubts on myself was something me and the others had to deal with. But Alhamdullilah, from the feedbacks that I got my sessions had provide them with the understanding of their own purpose as a leader, an exposure of how things work and an understanding of working within the same team.

To PPD, thank you for giving me the trust in training your leaders.My wish for the team is best of luck in the upcoming term.Soaring Upwards!

To Akhfar, thank you for giving me the chance of being involved in this. Im proud with how you managed to make this camp a success despite of all the challenges you had to face prior to this. It was fun working with you, and indeed a great get to know you time.
